Mei graduated from the Northern Virginia School of Therapeutic Massage, and she also has a business degree in Hospitality Management from James Madison University. Having worked in very demanding jobs before becoming a massage therapist, Mei has always been a fan of how massage helps to reduce stress. She gained an even deeper appreciation for its healing effects after injuring her back several years ago and pairing massage therapy with chiropractic care.

Mei is nationally certified and a member of Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals. She is trained in Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Chair massage and has taken extra classes specific to addressing neck, shoulder, and low back pain.
