Chair massage: Your GO TO for holiday stress

Many people around the world suffer from a similar issue day to day, stress. The people who are having these issues are realizing that they aren’t the only ones out there with this issue. There are people, however, who seem to have no problem with stress and are always constantly stress-free. You might think that these people just happen to always be happy or these people are never busy; both of those statements are wrong. In fact, many of those are just as busy as you, but they know what activities to include in their weekly routine to keep the stress away. After looking around, I was able to find some of the ways that people who are stress-free schedule their week not including scheduling a chair massage event with us! 

Meditation

By putting a few minutes of meditation per day into your schedule, you are able to reduce your stress levels. It is recommended that you meditate in the mornings so you can have a full 25-minute session without the worry of being interrupted. If you can’t fulfill a 25-minute session, it is always okay to have shorter sessions such as 10 or 15 minutes.

Exercise

The reduction of stress has always been linked to exercise. Many different articles and TV programs will tell you that the key to reducing stress is exercise. The best way to get exercise done is to make sure you set aside extra time in the morning to complete your workout session. Many people have the issue of other agendas within the day interrupting their time at the gym, causing them to miss a few days throughout the week.

Outdoors Time

It has been shown many times that being outside and getting natural sunlight and breathing in fresh air improves the conditions of people. Being able to be at one with nature and get away from the stressful environment indoors is a surefire way to help drop that stress level fast. So if you’re feeling overwhelmed with deadlines and dates, stepping outside for 30 minutes will definitely bring brightness to your mood.

Getting Enough Sleep

A feeling of being overwhelmed or angry is felt more often in people who get less than eight hours of sleep each night. I know that many of us have distractions that are keeping us away from hitting the hay at a decent time at night. Maybe you’re catching up on a new episode of your favorite show or maybe you’re even finishing up some work you didn’t get done. It is very important that you plan ahead and make sure you go to bed at a time that will allow you to go to bed on time. There is a strong correlation between your mood the next day and how many hours of sleep you’re getting.

These are all methods that people who are constantly stressed use to help them stay that way. By incorporating these ideas into your weekly schedule and making sure you follow through with them, you too will notice a difference in the way you feel. After you make these changes to your schedule you might still have a bit of stress that you want to get rid of.
